TO BOOK
During the high season (July and August), rentals are per week from Saturday 4 PM to Saturday 10 AM. Outside of the high season and holidays, you can rent for as little as two days.
Each reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance and the security deposit of €800/€300/€200 (Epine/Son/Sonnette) must be paid no later than 3 months before arrival. Tourist tax: €3 per person per night.
Bed and bath linen, final cleaning, and a welcome pack are included. No pets, no bachelor/youth parties or drinking parties; the house is smoke-free.
