For a larger group , the gîtes are ideal as an extension to the holiday home.
Families or friends can then stay in their own gîte (privacy) and still enjoy the house together and undertake activities together .
There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for a maximum of 23 people (families with children).
FACILITIES
Cooking
A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, small dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, food processor, ... ensures maximum comfort.
Garden
Large tree and shaded enclosed private garden with lovely views of the valley and woodland.
Terrace
Covered outdoor terrace with lounge area and large dining table
Garden toys
Garden toys with slide, swing, trapeze, wobble board, slanted climbing ladder, and climbing net.
Swimming pool
Covered heated private swimming pool with a terrace and sun loungers under the palm tree. Plenty of toys are available for children and the young elderly.

There is WiFi throughout and enjoy the Sonos audio system with Spotify.
Baby
We are happy to provide a baby bed, high chair and bath free of charge.
Parking
Parking is free on the estate or under the walnut trees.
Washing and Drying
A washing machine, dryer and drying rack are available for free use.
Sheets and towels package
We provide bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and a towel package.
Cleaning
You are on vacation. Cleaning is not part of it. We make sure that you have time to just enjoy and do fun things.
FACILITIES
Outside of holidays and long weekends, you can rent for as little as two days.
Arrival is scheduled from 4 PM and departure by 10 AM.
Every reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.

The balance and the deposit must be paid no later than 3 months before arrival.
The tourist tax is €3 per person per night.
Bed and bath linen, final cleaning, and a welcome pack are included.
No pets, no bachelor/youth/drinking parties, the house is smoke-free.

When renting two or three holiday homes together, there is a 5% and 10% combination discount respectively.
