Inside, everything from the bedroom to the living area was finished with beautiful, high-quality materials, and absolutely everything was there. The name 'Double Sea View' is entirely accurate: from sunrise to sunset, we enjoyed our meals with a view of the sea. The apartment is very well located, close to everything yet quiet. Communication with Filip was very smooth and professional. A wonderful holiday; we will definitely be back!

SURROUNDINGS and ACTIVITIES
Nieuwpoort-Bad combines a wide sandy beach and a car-free promenade with a lively shopping street full of cozy terraces and bistros. Along the promenade at the mouth of the Yser, you can enjoy an impressive view of the boats sailing in and out towards Europe's largest marina. Thanks to the relaxed atmosphere and stylish character, it is the ideal coastal destination to get a breath of fresh air all year round.

During the high season (July and August), rentals are per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside of holidays and long weekends, you can rent for as little as two days.
Arrival is scheduled from 4 PM and departure by 10 AM.
Every reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
The balance and the deposit must be paid no later than 3 months before arrival.
The tourist tax is €2 per person per night.
No pets, no bachelor/youth/drinking parties, the house is smoke-free.
The deposit of €500 will be refunded within two weeks after the stay, less any incurred costs.

The rates depend on the season, holiday periods, and the duration of the stay:

• from € 800 per weekend (€ 67/person/night)

To fill a few available dates, our spacious apartment with double sea view is exceptionally available for rent in a 2-bedroom version (instead of 3). This way, you enjoy the same luxury and the beautiful sea view, but at a more affordable rate.
