Relax indoors: Spacious living area with a cozy fireplace, large dining table, and a comfortable lounge. On the mezzanine, you will find a relaxation corner with multimedia, a TV, and a foosball table.
Luxurious, spacious kitchen: Very comfortably furnished for large groups, including a double dishwasher, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartments and an ice maker, 2 ovens, and ample kitchen utensils.

Illuminated covered terrace: A spacious terrace where the entire group can dine together. Thanks to the atmospheric lighting, you can enjoy the outdoors here well into the evening.
Large illuminated pétanque court: A spacious court of $15 \times 4\text{ m}$, illuminated for playing a fun tournament in the evening as well.
Heated private pool & Fenced gardens
Safe & pleasant pool: A large heated private pool of $10 x 4 m². The pool is equipped with a safety cover that meets French standards. This cover serves as a safe enclosure for the little ones when not in use and helps to maintain the water temperature optimally.
Exclusive & Fenced: The entire estate is 100% private for your group, including 2 large fenced gardens and fun garden toys for the children.

A modern and fully equipped family kitchen with, among other things, an induction hob, (microwave) ovens, double dishwasher, and American-style refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, food processor, etc., ensures maximum comfort.

We provide fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and a towel package (large + small, no beach towel), as well as a kitchen starter pack.

You are on vacation. Cleaning is not part of that. We ensure that you have time to simply enjoy yourselves and do fun things.

This fantastic holiday home boasts many assets, such as the spacious, comfortable rooms, the fully equipped kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), and a delightful terrace with a beautiful view of the lovely swimming pool and the vast meadows. Everything is perfectly maintained and spotless. The house is situated in a very quiet, beautiful area. It is the ideal base for taking beautiful nature walks, and the typical villages in the region are also worth visiting (by bike or car). In short, highly recommended 👌
The holiday home is very well equipped

We stayed in the large gîte with the whole family. The owner sent us a handy welcome booklet in advance explaining everything. The gîte is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It is very clean. The fact that bed linen and quite a few household items are available is a real plus. The living spaces inside and under the canopy are very pleasant and comfortable. The swimming pool was a great success. It was scorching hot during our stay: by keeping everything on the sunny side closed during the day and airing at night, we were able to maintain a pleasant climate. We had a very nice stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace and comfort!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is spacious and fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The garden is truly an oasis of tranquility, with a beautiful covered terrace that is ideal for sitting outside even in less favorable weather. The swimming pool was an absolute highlight and created a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The host, Filip, responds quickly to questions, and their website contains a lot of useful information about the surrounding area. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace and comfort!
SURROUNDINGS and ACTIVITIES
The village of Cellefrouin is located 3.5 km from the holiday home and has 500 inhabitants: Celloises and Cellois.
You will find a bakery, butcher, mini-supermarket, pharmacy, outdoor swimming pool, café, and restaurants in nearby Saint-Claud, just under 7 km from l'Homme de l'Epine.
For supermarkets, DIY stores, a petrol station, a bank, etc., it is best to drive a little further to Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure (12 km).

Info
During the high season (July and August), rentals are per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside of holidays and long weekends, you can rent for as little as two days.
Arrival is scheduled from 4 PM and departure by 10 AM.
Every reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
The balance and the deposit must be paid no later than 3 months before arrival.
The tourist tax is €3 per person per night.
Bed and bath linen, final cleaning, and a welcome pack are included.
No pets, no bachelor/youth/drinking parties, the house is smoke-free.
When renting two or three holiday homes together, there is a 5% and 10% combination discount respectively.
The deposit of €1,300 will be refunded within two weeks after the stay, less any costs incurred.
