De Sonnette is a cottage for 4 with a kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds), and a small bathroom. Private garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

We stayed in the house with 9 people: what a fun experience! Everything was in tip-top order, the kitchen fully equipped with even a food processor and 2(!) dishwashers. The spaces are very spacious, the living area in particular is a ballroom. The covered terrace is definitely a plus; you can still sit outside perfectly well when it rains. The swimming pool was lovely and there are plenty of sun loungers and water toys.

What a fantastic holiday home in a very quiet area. An ideal base for walking and cycling. Ann and Filip have furnished the house stylishly, and it was spotless upon arrival. We cooled off in the large swimming pool. We often spent time on the large terrace with its beautiful view until the late hours. The kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges, which was ideal for our large group. In short, the ideal holiday home for families or groups seeking peace and quiet.
SURROUNDINGS and ACTIVITIES
The village of Cellefrouin is located 3.5 km from the holiday home and has 500 inhabitants: Celloises and Cellois.
You will find a bakery, butcher, mini-supermarket, pharmacy, outdoor swimming pool, café, and restaurants in nearby Saint-Claud, just under 7 km from l'Homme de l'Epine.
For supermarkets, DIY stores, a petrol station, a bank, etc., it is best to drive a little further to Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure (12 km).

During the high season (July and August), rentals are per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside of holidays and long weekends, you can rent for as little as two days.
Arrival is scheduled from 4 PM and departure by 10 AM.
Every reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
The balance and the deposit must be paid no later than 3 months before arrival.
The tourist tax is €3 per person per night.
Bed and bath linen, final cleaning, and a welcome pack are included.
No pets, no bachelor/youth/drinking parties, the house is smoke-free.
When renting two or three holiday homes together, there is a 5% and 10% combination discount respectively.
The deposit of €300 will be refunded within two weeks after the stay, less any costs incurred.
